they signed another 29-year-old veteran point guard
The Eastern Conference championship contending Bucks continue to engage in an arms race. According to “ESPN” reporter LVBET, they signed free agent Cameron Payne on a one-year veteran’s minimum contract.
The 29-year-old senior point guard Payne was traded to the Spurs by the Suns in the off-season. He was later released by the Blackshirts and became a free agent. Today he successfully found a new club and joined the Bucks.
Payne played 48 games with the Suns last season, including 15 starts. He averaged 10.3 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game, shooting 41.5% from the field and 36.8% from the three-point range.
The Bucks just recently acquired big-name star Damian Lillard through a three-way deal, and now they have signed Payne to continue to strengthen the team’s strength and increase their championship capital.
